I especially appreciate how he looks after my finances as well as service. This is why I always ask for when I come in. Please keep him!

It was very good experience. The service rep was very professional, nice and helpful.

I was treated with kindness and respect. Anthony Grubich was pleasant and told me that I would probably have a 2 hour wait. But he was able to have my car serviced and ready in 45 minutes. He provided me with written copies and what services need to be done sooner and those that can wait for awhile. It was a good appointment for me. I appreciated all that was accomplished with my car.

The Service aspect of the visit was excellent. All good until I paid for the mechanical service part of the visit. The cost of the service provided along with the pending 30 K service which was estimated for me was extremely concerning. The cost of the 30 K was nearly double from the previous service on my previous Highlander Hybrid for like service. Your costs have increased just like all business but this is ridiculous! Don’t expect future patronage because the old Larry Miller negotiations were superior to the new owners.

They were courteous and efficient. They ordered an Uber when it was going to take longer than planned at no cost to me.

Jeff Teliczan was the person whochecked my car in for service and also answered a few questions I had concerning things about the car I didn't know how to solve. He wasvery considerate and pleasant to talk to.
