Polite courtesy people

I was very impressed! Someone called me and offered me a free oil change and really nothing is free. There is always something that they what you to get for your car. This time it was actually free. I think I will sign up for the 3 oil changes for $167 in the future. They were quick and very friendly. I was impressed!

I came in with a battery issue which was installed by your dealership. So happens the wrong battery was installed due to my car being a start/stop vehicle which needed a battery to suffice this function. Your dealership fixed the problem without charge, even though the battery was more wxoenaive. Much appreciated!
