The service was surprisingly quick and Donny was very efficient! The seats are never adjusted and the car wasn't washed when I came to pick up my car. The link that you provide to check on the service updates also wasn't accurate. The texts to the representative were more accurate.

Scheduled an appointment ahead of time. Arrived early and was great and checked in quickly. Received several text updates on progress of work. Was in and out in about an hour.
