Chad was super nice and the initial customer banter didn’t feel fake. It was my first time working with Chad and I usually don’t like new people because I’m awkward. But it didn’t feel awkward or pushy for service add ons. It was relaxed and normal.

Traded an older Tacoma towards a newer 4runner

Salesman (Truong) was awesome and the pre sale bit was surprisingly easy. Once we decided to buy my experience was less great. We had to wait way too long to get in to see the finance guy even though we paid cash. Then he spends 10 minutes telling us how unreliable and problematic Toyota’s are as he is trying to sell us $10,000 worth of extended warranty and other nonsense. I was tempted to walk out at that point. It is really disturbing to have my last experience before driving away in my new truck being told that I just bought a piece of sh$&, and I will regret not buying the extended warranty. Took way too long, and very unpleasant experience.

It was the best I could’ve asked for as a first time buyer! Everyone was so so so kind and helpful and just actually genuinely wanting the best for me and tried to get me the best offer! Which was so so so appreciated!
