Helpful with questions I had.

Was sold a car missing two seat belts. Standards safety measures seem like something I should not have to look for, but maybe it was my ignorance to not check.The dealers plates were also left in the car?The guy helping me also had me sign the title sales thing but really my husband should have and it felt like it added so much extra time to the 3hr visit (most of which I had 3 young children sitting waiting with me). It’s something I hadn’t thought about my husband owning the car not me… but seems like something the sales man should have full knowledge of title paperwork dos and don’ts

My sales person Carsen was the man! He was super helpful and made it a super easy process. From when we agreed to the numbers and when I left the dealership was less than an hour.

Quick and easy

Sales person was helpful, but took much longer than we expected and at the last second they changed the pricing. Disappointed that a car that is less than two years old was given to us with only one key fob and zero car mats which we didn’t find out about the fob until we were walking out to the car. Our trade-in had both two fobs and nice floor mats.
