I was very apprehensive to take my 4Runner to LHM’s service department because they have been such a disappointment in the last couple of visits but I was happy to encounter nice, polite and timely service today. Much improved.

Service advisor Anthony helped check in my vehicle for service and ensured that all the required maintenance activities were informed and were completed to my satisfaction. He also informed me about the condition of the tires and explained me about the holiday savings coming up next week. Looking forward to getting my tires replaced if I can get a good deal that can beat Costco. ;)

Beylan Yuen was the associate that helped me and he was nice and attentive and got my service completed efficiently. Had a good experience today.
