I was a walk-in oil change. LHM was able to process my van in about an hour and a half. Enjoyed a complimentary beverage while I waited and received a complimentary car wash. (👍👍 2 thumbs up)

Appreciate you diagnosis of tire pressure monitor battery failure... But $297 to replace? Your hourly rate is $175? Local tire dealer fixed me right up for $65. Won't return to your dealership for non warranty work. EVER. Thinking you lost a once loyal Toyota customer here, service mgr. Word to the wise!
