My visits purpose, was to have the factory tires replaced with an upgraded version on the Tacoma I purcharsed on 9 November 2024. However when arrived, there were several questions regarding the tires I was supposed to be getting. Plus, I hadn't been put on the schedule for this day/Friday the 15th. So, "Service" re-scheduled me to come back on Monday the18th to get it all handled. In the meantime, I reviewed my contract on the thumb drive that LHM gave me. Then I printed off a copy of the page containing my tire brand and type to bring on Monday--this is something I should have done for the visit on Friday (the 15th), as it would have helped clear things up quickly about tire brand and type.In the end, the staff was very helpful and really helped take care of business.
