Excellent customer service, kept updated frequently on all maintenance being performed for an 80K service. Being updated by email and text messages is very timely and makes the experience less frustrating with no waiting.

My sales guy was great, Tyler. He had everything set ready to go, but then we had to wait an hour and a half for the finance guy not impressed with the finance guy wait but everything else was awesome. I would highly recommend Tyler.

I went in for a Customer Support Program known issue. I was there for four hours to have a diagnosis and see if Toyota Warranty would cover the CSP issue though my title is branded. The answer was non-emission issues will not be covered under CSP for my vehicle. Ashley Pipitone was amazing as my go between with the mechanics. The one thing that was extremely frustrating was being told several times the only recall on my vehicle was done in 2020. I think not all the staff know the difference between a recall and a CSP issue.
