Came from out of town my new battery was bad, and turned out my alternator was bad as well. I got the car to the service department early afternoon and accepted me immediately without an appointment. They diagnosed the problem and notified me quickly. After I authorized the work, I had the car back that afternoon and I'm back on the road with no delays. The service writer Jeff, communicated with me through the whole process, and was very supportive and friendly.
