I can't express how appreciative I am of Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray's service team. They went above and beyond and put the customer first (me)!!!Last week, I ripped my bummer off off-roading and damaged my car a lot that I didn't think could be fixed. Levi and Chris, the service managers, went above and beyond. I dropped my car off in the morning and let them work their magic. I communicated with them all day about what was being fixed, and they gave me follow-up videos and pictures of their progress. It made me feel very taken care of!On top of fixing my car perfectly, they dropped it off at work for me and thoroughly washed it. As a customer, I felt seen, heard, and trusted their team. I will never go anywhere else and recommend Levi and Chris to all my friends and family. If I could give them a ten-star review, I would!!!!I'm always impressed with how the stores treat their customers like family. I will be telling all my friends and family to take their cars here!!!! Thank you, Levi and Chris!

The customer service was very good and everyone I met was nice since I got there hunter help me to get my car back on time even I was late .

My service advisor was Cody. He did an excellent job explaining both my service today and what to expect during my next visit. Thank you Cody for making one of the things I don't like doing, a pleasant experience.

It was really amazing since I entered the place a man came and told me that he would do the service and told to wait and they were going to send me a mesagw when Ira was done and they did it excellent service
