My service rep (Jeff I think) went out of his way to make sure I had everything taken care of on my Prius. I thought I had selected the right options for registration renewal when I made the appointment online, but it wasn’t entered correctly, likely d/t user error. It’s been the worst week (dropped my only kid off at college 1000 miles away, had a migraine today, work, etc.) and Jeff was so patient to get my emissions test taken care of quickly to get me out of there. Truly, thank you. It was a really small gesture to help a grouchy lady with her car, but it really meant a lot to me.

I had my first service on my Tundra today. Chad was the team member that took care of me, he coordinated a ride for me after dropping my vehicle off, and a ride back when my truck was finished. I couldn’t ask for better communication, and customer service! Larry H. Miller has always taken very good care of me when purchasing a new vehicle or when servicing my vehicle.
