Takes to long to get it all done I was there 4 hours +

Denis was a great salesman. I hadn't bought a car in 10 years and the last dealership was very pushy for getting a car. Denis let me know all my options and was not pushy at all. I felt like I was being taken car of and more than just a sale. Josh in Finance was also really great! Again he gave me all my options and wanted to make sure I understood about the warranties and add ons.

I went in and requested a payoff for my lease to change it to a purchase with Mountain America CU. When asked to sign a paper to run a credit check I asked why, I already had this done by my credit union. I was told they do it as a courtesy to the credit union. To my surprise I later found out credit reports were done for MACU, Toyota and one other credit Union that I have never before used. My credit score then dropped 41 points shortly after this. Larry H Miller will loose a customer if this is not corrected. If not there will be a review posted on line.
