Its was a long process, However the vehicle didn’t show until the afternoon. Still the salesman did have lack of knowledge of the vehicle. I was disappointed on a few things like the car battery was on 2% and for the amount of time I was there i feel it could have been charged. Also the car was not cleaned very well, water spots, adhesive still on the windows. I understand it was late and we all wanted go home, the finance gentleman did get frustrated on a few things and it was not okWhen I asked questions i did notice his demeanor changed, I asked for a blue pen to sign things and he commented on it. Set up and walk through was very short on the vehicle. After owning the vehicle for a few days I couldn’t figure a few things out and did call my salesman and left a voicemail with no return call.

The seller jesus gave us an excellent service, But Preston who is the person who offers the policy extension, writes me capitalized texts and additional threatens to return my car if I did not send a document. I will not recommend for it

1) Ryker (salesman) told me my husband could show me how to use the 4WD controller (completely inappropriate and didn’t go over well w me). I told him that I wanted him to review it with me before I took delivery.2) TCUV was inaccurate and my request to correct/amend was denied3) I discovered coolant was low so asked that it be topped off. It was.4) refund ck for overpayment was promised by May 5th or 6th. Called twice to follow up after date without response.5) Dave Cisneros insinuated to my husband that I must have hit something on my drive back to SD, when the mirror damage was evident while in the delivery bay at dealership. Photo sent to Sequoa for follow up. There was none.6) loose screw rattling around in the rear hatch door that required service to fish out before taking delivery7) transaction was negotiated 48 hours prior to my arrival, w funds wired (as instructed), yet, it still took 5-1/2 hours with me biding my time in the dealership.8) during negotiations, Ryker ghosted my husband due to the geographic distanceThis recent 4 Runner purchase makes for our family’s 17th Toyota, since we know we can rely on the quality and value of Toyota. Suffice it to say, given the horrid experience with Larry H. Miller Toyota, we are deeply disappointed by how this transaction was handled.
