I was really happy with the person that helped me in the beginning,,,, I believe his name is Donni ? He was professional and kind in everyway except when it came to my bill, I was charged $45.00 for am emissions and I explained to him when I made the first appointment I was quoted $30.00. I could of gone any place on state street that emissions are advertised for $30.00 yet I had bought my car from Larry H Miller Toyota and the staff is always so friendly and kind. So being quoted $30.00 I made my appointment plus an oil change, when I got my bill I asked about the charge for emissions,,,.Yet Donni said emissions are $45.00 and now I keep thinking about WHY when I was quoted $30.00 he couldn't or wouldn't honor that? I don't know if my experience will be read, yet I am NOT a happy customer at this point.

I made an appointment online at home, but it apparently didn’t go through and I showed up for my appointment that I thought I had. However, Anthony was very helpful and didn’t turn me away from the issues I was having on my truck. He was very helpful.
