Larry H Miller Toyota in Murray is the best place to purchase a Toyota in Utah. I went to 2 other Toyota dealerships, and several other dealerships, between Utah County and Murray and my experience with LHMTM was far and beyond the best one. They were pleasant, not pushy, and forthright from the first conversation to the final one. I walked in to investigate a vehicle and left 2 hours later with a new vehicle. I really appreciated that the first person I met, Aaron from Nigeria, was polite and helpful. He answered all of my questions directly and when he didn’t have an answer he went and found me one, quickly. When we sat down to discuss pricing he brought me a line item expense sheet. He was the first person to do that at any dealership I went to. One of the other Toyota dealerships I went to brought out a piece of paper with a number, written in sharpie, on it and did not tell me that ALL the optional warranties were already included in that number. I didn’t find that out until we began negotiating pricing. The LHMTM was direct about the pricing and showed me exactly what was going into their price. The finance person was thorough in his explanation of all the warranty packages. And he accepted my form of payment. Unlike, another Toyota dealership which told me I needed to go get a certified check. I appreciated their polite, not over friendly, direct style and have already recommended them to many of my friends and family members.

I had issues with a truck that I bought at another dealership. I took it to Toyota and they really treated me well. They took care of me and really fixed issues with my truck. There were FAST, honest and fair. Steve (GM), Levi (Service Manager) and Hunter (Tech) were all fantastic to work with. Thank you!

It was good. Took longer than I was told and the wrong reminder sticker was put on my windshield but that was minor.

Easy drop off and pick up. They offered to do brakes … I said no… they offered $50off so I went ahead… one less day without a care in the future
