For the first time, my service agent brought my car up to the door instead of me searching the parking lot for it. Also, Donnie was right there to help me when I pulled into the bay. Great customer service!!

Donnie and Chad were very helpful.Time will tell if the issue is solved but so far it seems to have been fixed.

Easy to book the appointment. Would have liked a bit more explanation on what was being done vs being shown a tablet with a list of recommended items. After I asked what each was they were explained so that was great but more upfront education to the customer would be appreciated.

The LHM advertising and internet process made getting the oil change service an exhausting and miserable experience for me. The visit to the shop was very good, however, I was then given an invoice that was unbelievable to understand. The bottom line was about what I figured, so I paid and left.Never ti return.
