Well,today I was looking for the manager Levi.bicouse I want to let him know Ed about Jeff that was him ho help me in my car problem ,He was so kind, gentil ,patience, I Apreciated his way to tret me.Thanks so much.

Pulled in to the service center and waited about 10 minutes. Ben came and checked my tires. He was very friendly and asked if I had any problems or questions with my tires. I waited a little longer for the service rep to come check my vehicle in. One of the other service employees came over and explained why the wait was a little longer…computers were down and all check in were being done manually. I really appreciated the explanation!!!

Quick and beneficial

I arrived, on the wrong date, my mistake. Your service rep was great about it. Said to give him a minute to see what he could do to help. He got me in, and an hour later my car was finished. Good work on the car and great work from your customer service rep.
