Service was timely and competent

Hunter Peterson and the tech working with him literally rescued me from the what had been the worst “customer experience” imaginable: 2 people in Customer Experience hung up on me and 1 person in sales sent me back to more of the 45+ minutes of terrible music! Hunter called me back as he’d said he would and the tech checked out every possible problem that had blown my brake/shift lock fuse. They made a believer of our son’s family in West Jordan - he teaches there.

They were good about explaining what was being done and other services you might need.

It was quick and there was no trying to upsale or pushing like at other dealerships.

It was very enjoyable. The service was great especially by the finance person. He went above and beyond.

It was an easy process and Tyler M.answered all of my questions about the vehicle and the buying process.

Once again I had to bring my 2020 Toyota Tacoma in again for servicing, and might I add, My mint condition 2020 Toyota Tacoma that underwent some front end steering damage Unbeknownst To me how it happened still remains a mystery. However this time as I pulled through the automatic doors I did find the reliable, stupendous, and trustworthy gentlemen that has always taken care of me at his desk, you all know him by his name, they call him Jeff. Yes Jeff was there and I couldn’t have been happier as a walk-through the door and he greeted me with a smile and a, “ Hey John long time no see we miss you around here, How have you been, What brings you in our neck of the woods in grants the pleasure? No no I’m just kidding what can I do for you John? Well with the greeting like that I knew I was home, I quickly reciprocated with a hug and said, “ Hey Jeff can you follow me for a minute so I can show you?” And faster than lightning he was through that door right behind my back following me to my truck with A service ticket in his left-hand Andy and a purchase or service order whatever you guys use in the right, oh yeah he was all over it, as per usual. You see, Levi is the head prince that takes care of all of the soldiers that take care of that place, place meaning the Best service department not just in Salt Lake City, but in Utah, Larry H Miller my home. Everything was taken care of on my truck that I prize so much as a retired searching rescuer with the history of saving many lives I need something reliable because I still pull over at traffic accidents and I still pull over when I see a woman in distress with a flat tire on the side of the road, it’s hell all my sisters raised me. That being said your entire Dealership makes sure that I’m always on call and ready to go , you see a good search and rescuer never shops for his gear at Walmart, that’s an old Ski patrol and SNR joke, Hope you understand and I hope you understand the importance of your Dealership being there loaded with all of your precious and valuable people like Levi and Jeff and all your mechanics in the entire crew not to miss a single one.
