I was recommended transmission fluid exchange at my oil change visit, but the manual that I checked when I got home did not recommend it at 30,000 miles. So I felt like I was offered some thing that was unnecessary. I also declined the tire rotation because I rotate them myself.

Made appt to get recall done. Over a week ago. When I arrived check in went well. Got oil change. When I was called to pick up my car, upon returning to dealership, was informed that you didn’t have the parts for the recall and would have to make another to get that done.

Service experience is excellent; better than any other service experience I’ve had in Utah. I do question the pricing. It seems to have inflated beyond the inflation rate over the past year.

Good experience. Preston had the paperwork largely filled out ahead of time so was fairly quick and easy.

Donnie was excellent as always, he went above and beyond to help with a warranty issue.
