Great service and willing to help

This afternoon I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment to drop off my car for an oil change. I pulled into the service garage and waited. In the 10 minutes I waited 7 employees walked by me. No one asked me if I was taken care of, not a big deal, but in my experience that is superior customer service. After 15 minutes, I felt like I was being ignored, so I walked into the service desk and I asked if I needed to do anything to check in. One of the service associates demeaningly said, “Go stand by your car and we be there when we can.” The reason I came in today was for a free, courtesy oil change because I had not been in for over 3 years. After my experience I don’t know if I’ll come back for another 3 years or maybe more based on my experience today. I’ll go down the street where I know I’ll be treated properly. I have give you 4 stars, though less was merited. I don’t want to hurt your service, but improved customer service will be needed before I return.
