Much much better at Larry Miller, compared to Mark Miller whom provided the worse experience I have ever had in my 55 years of owning cars.

My experience was excellent. Fortunately, I had my favorite service tech, Hunter. He gets me in quickly and out quickly, for which I’m very grateful. Especially today could’ve been a very lengthy service. Hunter is an asset to your service department and I recommend you work to keep him.

Parker did an excellent job helping me today. He was very professional and personable.However, when I left my main display was on “Settings” and I couldn’t figure out how to back it up to remove it. I called the Service Dept to figure out how to get out of it and was on hold for at least 10-15 minutes after the dispatcher said she would try to find someone to help me. I finally hung up and ended up getting out of it somehow. I’m not sure if I did it right. I realize this is an insignificant thing, but that’s where my experience could have improved.

Everyone was so nice!! I’ve never actually used a dealer service before and it was lovely to have everything smooth and running like clockwork.

The service was done in a timely manner. Usually they put the car through a car wash after the service but they did not do it this time which was a disappointment.
