Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very friendly and helpful, from the people who acknowledged me when I first arrived, to the person who arranged my ride home. Jeff, my service manager?, was awesome; he carefully went through all the service items and cost and there were no surprises when I walked out with my fully serviced vehicle. I appreciated the photos provided by the technician for items inspected and needing service. I was left feeling I had control over the whole process and not looked down upon for turning down some of the recommended services.

I’m sure the car service was fine but I waited there for over 2 hours expecting someone to call me. Finally I went up to the counter and my key and receipt were sitting there. Better communication would have been great so I didn’t have to sit and wait for so long.

Thank you for making time in your schedule for addressing my tire emergency. I understand it was difficult to diagnose and appreciate Connor’s professionalism, timeliness and willingness to work with me to finally resolve (I hope) the issue. Thank you also for fitting in replacing my brakes and an oil change. There is a bit of vibration when I apply the brakes but hope this will dissipate with use. The waiting room was clean and comfortable; even after 6 hours. I appreciated the drinks and snacks. The only item the experience could have been better is if the techs would have remounted my spare tire under the vehicle, which I did not notice was not done until after I departed. It is a small detail I am sure I can find someone to complete when I return home.
