It was fantastic! I pulled up and right away I was greeted by Jeffrey, he takes care of so many people every day it’s amazing anyone can do that much work is beyond me, but then again he’s a superhero and does it with a hurt left foot just like mine. Anyhow I just pulled in kind of late, 3 o’clock-ish left the keys in my Tacoma for Jeffrey and darted for Levi’s office, because Jeff was nowhere in sight and not at his desk. As I rounded the corner and looked inside Levi’s office he wasn’t there, just then A gentleman approached me, one who I never met before, but this guy really was a trustworthy and had that trustworthy and greeting capability, Take it from me I’m a good judge of character and I know. He said, “I I’m Donnie Can I help you?” I said yeah yeah you sure can thanks!” I sure in my truck he immediately got me fully set up as I told him what I needed and at That very moment Levi came walking up behind me and my brother gave me a big hug and said, “what’s up my big brother, what can we do for you today? “ From that point on they both took total control of the situation and I was treated like a king, as usual when ever I Come into that dealership, I feel very much at home there, Thank you for that extra unique touch your entire staff possesses.Sincerely, John Glenn Kunau

My salesman was wonderful and Dave who approved my deal was great as well. The guy who did the paper work was not very good he left me hanging out for over an hour and my payment went up over 10.00 and the Accessory guy should be fired he never returned any of my at least 5 calls so I went to Karl Malone to get bed cover and running boards for my new truck. I don’t why you are forcing me to click I agree to terms of services before you will accept my survey this will probably be my last vehicle I buy from Larry Miller Toyota.
