It was busy today, but I got great service as always.

Conner was great and very helpful. Unfortunately one of my non-oem wheel covers was lost during or after the service.

I had oil dripping from my Avelon from an improperly tightened drain plug. I had just gotten an oil change at LHM. I brought the car in and fully expected to hear one of either: "Not our fault, you must have hit a rock and punctured the oil pan, we'll fix it for $400." Or, " It's not engine oil, it's radiator fluid. We'll have to replace the radiator for $1500." Such, sadly, is the reputation auto mechanic have gotten. BUT, I was happily greeted with, " It's our fault, we didn't tightened the drain plug properly. We changed your oil, tightened the plug and will send two guys over to your house to clean up your garage floor. No charge Mr. Johnson."Now THAT is service!
