Good but not outstanding. I felt I was just a number.

Everything was great. My only complaint is that there is A LOT of overspray from the buffing compound that was used on my truck that I am still cleaning. I also think that the person doing the polishing prior to me picking up my truck might have gotten carried away with the buffer and burned the clear coat on the hood of the truck. Recommend proper training so other customers don’t experience this.

Pulled into an empty service drive. I stood near my truck for 15 minutes before someone came to help. While 2 older men sat against the wall and just talked.

5,000 mile service on new ‘25 Landcruiser. When the car was returned the passenger seat and area was messy (black glove, car manual, tools) and the seat and arm rest had some type of oil stain on them. The service technician remedied the situation by a trip to your detailer and cleaning up the seating area. It did cause me to wait an additional 15-20 minutes.

The service representative Connor was great. Very polite, accommodating and helpful. Great professional.
