I had 2024 Grand Highlander that had dealer installed hitch. My Highlander had a feature that allowed the tail gate to rise by using your leg that did not work. The service recognize the problem and worked with Toyota manufacturer to resolve the problem. I was very grateful for their effort to get this problem fixed for me.
