First time bringing my 4Runner in for service. Cody was great. Got my car through for its service quickly and was very friendly and professional. I would have given a five star review but knocked one off because when I arrived home I noticed greasy hand prints all over the hood of my white car! That was not appreciated:( Also, I previously was a long time customer of LHM Chevrolet and always got a courtesy car wash so was surprised when my car was returned dirty…

I’ve been going to Larry H Miller for quite a while. Donnie gave me the best service I’ve ever had. It was amazing. So thoughtful. Just Johnny on the spot and every problem that we found. When you turned out that there was a part in the staring system that failed. He did the research necessary to find out if it were still under guarantee which it was. Save me a lot of money, but would’ve made Larry Miller money if he hadn’t found it. That’s honesty. And I appreciate it very much.

Friendly staff.Just remember when scheduling work on the phone the schedulers don’t necessarily know parts need to be ordered.So I only got part of what needs to be done…. Now I will need to go back again cause they had to order parts.
