Chad was able to get my RAV4 covered under a warranty claim after 2 other dealerships did not put effort towards reading the entire bulletin. The shop Forman was willing to go on a test drive with me afterwards to ensure the issue was resolved. Greatly appreciate everything!

Josh was the best sales person we have ever had. It was so easy for us and he always kept us in the loop. And I was wowed with his knowledge on the new tech and how the Tacoma worked. 10 out of 10 for service. He deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. His passion for off roading and these cars was clearly apparent and much appreciated. Will be using you guys again, only if Josh is there to help.

I didn't expect the current Toyota to be so good to drive.

Scheduled toyotacare 15,000 mile service. Discussed options that are recommended but by special condition justification with service associate at drop off including consideration of completion today. Upon review of Toyota service manual the special consideration did not fit the use of the vehicle and we elected to forego on this date. At pickup the same service advisor questioned my decision to forego added service (at an added expense, not covered under Toyota care) which I explained was due to the service manual guidance for special use. I was met with immediate push back stating that UT as a whole classifies into the special use category due to climate and terrain but followed by you can do it at 30,000 miles. Overall felt like i was trying to be sold on services that were not due simply as a cash grab due to the appointment being free and the service provider wanting to make an extra $230.
