I like the Prius Limited we purchased. We are very happy with it. I liked our salesman. I felt like he could have spent more time with on understanding all the technical aspects of the car. We are in our 80s and are still trying to figure out a few things. The manual is Huge and not always easy to find what you are looking for.As I look back on dealing with finance manager he could have been more transparent. Maybe that is on purpose. I purchased some protection features I probably wouldn’t have if I had known the cost of each. Then I didn’t get a copy of the purchase contract so I could see each expense, specifically the TCA items. I only received a memory stick that I didn’t view and only printed it out a couple of days later.We like the car but we would have liked a more straightforward experience.

We had a very good experience with LHM Toyota. Chris our salesman was able to answer all of our questions and showed us options that we hadn’t even thought of. He worked with us to find a car that would fit our price range. Happy with my purchase!

My service rep (Jeff I think) went out of his way to make sure I had everything taken care of on my Prius. I thought I had selected the right options for registration renewal when I made the appointment online, but it wasn’t entered correctly, likely d/t user error. It’s been the worst week (dropped my only kid off at college 1000 miles away, had a migraine today, work, etc.) and Jeff was so patient to get my emissions test taken care of quickly to get me out of there. Truly, thank you. It was a really small gesture to help a grouchy lady with her car, but it really meant a lot to me.
