It was great. Conner kept me informed and I knew my car was in good hands

Experience was fine except I was told I needed a wheel alignment asap . Video sent to me did not show any issues and when I looked back in my emails, I saw that service was done two months ago in June. I questioned the person who was helping me and was told that the ppl working on my car likely did not look back to see that it was just done.Slightly disappointing that I could have paid for something that I didn’t need and just had and I was told in the review sent to me that’s was strongly urged that I get it done.Makes me less trusting of car dealerships scamming me for money and services I don’t need. This is where our car was purchased last year as well which was more bothersome.

Christian in the service department was amazing, I cannot say enough good things about him. I have had 2 bad experiences previously at this location in service that left me very disappointed. My experience this time was very positive and will make me want to come back.
