Took a long time. Some confusion about paperwork and when my car would be released. But it all went well at the end with Anthony.

Chris Thompson did an amazing job in selling us on the car we bought. I had to wait an unusually long time (>1 hour) for a financial advisor. I understand that this wait was due to 3 financial advisors calling in sick that day. I spent more than I intended for accessories. I assumed that I would not need a service contract for a certified pre-owned vehicle, but discovered otherwise. Despite getting a relatively good interest rate for financing the purchase, my monthly payments will be higher than I anticipated. All in all, I am glad I purchased this car, despite the above. I wish these were different, but it is what it is!
