Super easy group to work with!

I rolled in with a previous appointment at 0655 on Saturday 3 August 2024. I made my appointment with Donny Moon 2-3 days earlier. It was to install sealers that I had at the front frame right and left sides. I went home to wait for a completed call. By 1:00 PM I hadn’t received a call so I attempted to call the shop for status of my job. I made 4 different calls using 4 different numbers with leave message calls. I waited 30 minutes…no response. I made a trip to the shop and noticed my truck parked in isle B I believe it was. I found one technician in the first cubicle. He looked my job up and told me it was completed. Craig was the one who had checked me in early in the AM. He wasn’t present. I’ve been an exclusive customer of LM maintenance since 1996 and don’t recall ever not having a completed notification of completion call. I was surprised.

Jeff is a great service writer. I trust his judgment. He is a great asset to your team. If I wasn’t retired I’d try and hire him away.
