Everything was great. The only to things could be:1. Reduce the amount of text reminders you sent about an appointment. I received one every day until my appointment. I think one when the appointment is booked and a second one the day before the appointment should be fine2. My service cost around $1000 and I was thinking that a complementary car wash could be included as well.

The service repairs were done very quickly.

I had to come in for a second service within a week for a tire balancing issue. Donnie was super helpful, attentive, and communicative during my entire service. He made sure to test drive my car himself to ensure the issue was resolved and even rode with me while I test drove it to make sure I was happy with the outcome. He made sure I didn’t leave until the issue was resolved and I was happy. Thanks Donnie!!

Car we were coming to see was not accurate and didn't exist. Original representative called off that day and we were dumped on someone else.

My service manager didn’t intreduced himself and was not very personable

Judah and Joey were both great to do business with. Judah got us what we were looking for at a great price and with out much haggeling and Joey was quick with the paper work and both went above expectations when it came to answering questions about the deal and the new technology of our car. All the other guys around the shop were eager to help and friendly. The detail guy was super polite, quick and friendly., just all around,a great group of people.

Our Service advisor Donnie was great to work with. We had a warranty claim with an outside company that was a huge pain and slowed the process.

The service was performed well and the people were friendly. It did take longer than estimated but the availability of drinks is nice. The snack cart coming around on a regular schedule would have been nice, or being back the popcorn.

After coming a couple of times with a rubbing noise I could hear. This time they were able to find the problem.

Greeted quickly and multiple services completed.
