I waited about 15 min to get in one of the bays. I got in at 7:30 am for my 7:45 appointment. Someone inspected my tires. Then someone checked me in for my appointment. The service time was as expected. I was disappointed that my car was not washed as I thought this was included in the oil change.

Dropping off my car for my appointment took about 30 minutes. They were super busy and only had one person checking on cars so there were several cars waiting.My car was diagnosed quickly and was notified when it was ready sooner than expected so that wa nice.
