When we made our appointment, we were told the repair would take about an hour. When we arrived, we were told it would take two to three hours. After waiting three hours, we were told it would be another half hour. An hour later, for a total of four hours, our car was ready. The people we spoke to were great, but it would have been nice if they'd done a better job of setting expectations.

Conner told me what would be done and when it would finish and he was right on. Super friendly.
