Awesome service

I’ve been happy with bringing my vehicle in for service. However, on this visit after coming home I noticed several bolts missing that hold the front skid plate in place. Some to the frame and some to the bumper cover. I think it would be great if the technician and service manager would let me know because I have heard a rattle coming from the area when going over bumps.

I brought my Sienna in to repair a flat tire, punctured by a nail. The set of tires were bought from the dealership but turns out the warranty had expired a few months ago. I worked with Craig and between him and his supervisor, Ben they replaced the damaged tire at great savings to myself. Along with new shocks, rotation and an alignment the final bill came in way lower than the estimate. Craig really made my week! I’m so pleased with LHM Toyota.
