Donnie Moon is the best service guy!

Something was left behind at the dealership. They called and left a message. I was already home. The service manager drove from the dealership to my home and personally took care of it! I’ve always been a customer service kind of girl. I hardly ever see anyone go out of their way for customer service, they exceeded! GREAT JOB!

I like service what Toyota group of people did to my car they change oil very fast I did not waste my time. It’s more important for me.

El Jefe/jefina was helpful and considerate of my time. -not sure their pronoun-El Jefe informed me the dealership was busy and if I was willing to be patient they would work my car in for an oil change. It was a good idea since I had other things to doI left it and came back the next day.

Lil Connie was amazing. Always helpful when I go in. Baywatch was able to get my wife’s car in the same day.

Cody is delightful. Answered my questions, showed me how to locate a rattle and appreciated how much I appreciated the hot coffee.
