Always takes longer than I expect, but I should expect that by now.

I found everyone to be very professional from drop off to the time I picked up my car. They gave my car an oil change, checked my lights, my alignment, gave me great deal on 4 new tires, an emissions test and registration and new decals and new wipers. Team was friendly, helpful and trustworthy.

I was the service guys didn't act like it was a hassle to talk to the clients/customers. I just want to be informed where in the process my car is. I get that they are busy to extent ….but my vehicle is my main transportation. So being without my vehicle is a big deal. Trying to get to point A and B without my vehicle is kind of a big deal. Keeping it overnight because it was completed at 6:54 pm and then having to figure out how to get there at 730 am so that i can pick it up to get to work - is kind of a lot. The service guy seemed kind of rushed and not to friendly. Sorry - i work in customer service. I put my happy face and smile on every day to do my job. Cause thats the job .

They told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half to do an oil change and oil filter. It took over 2 hours.

Brooke took excellent care of me and I will be going through her for all my services from now on including the one she booked for me for my Highlander recall service!
