My visit to the dealership and my experience actually buying my car was fine and I didn’t have any issues. However, I did not have a good experience after. It took over three weeks for the dealership to pay off my old car loan from my trade-in and they would not answer my many calls or emails about the issue. I was hung up on, transferred around until I was hung up on, voicemails and emails ignored. That’s kind of a big deal when and issue like this can affect your credit because of a late payment.

Had an appt. at 10 am to get new tires and no one touched my car until 3 pm when I called to get a time of completion.

Salesman was great, getting anyone to call you back or paperwork on time a joke. I left a bad review, Manager responded and said reach out directly, so I did. I left a message as no one answered, no call back, been a week.

They were kind enough to check out my daughters oil leak without an appointment

The people were friendly and really worked hard to make things work
