I set an appointment to drop our Toyota 4Runner off at 7:15 a.m. on Monday. Check in was simple and efficient. The service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. There was some delay that morning before the vehicle was inspected for suspected brake system issues, but I was notified by a text before noon regarding the issues identified requiring front axle rotors and brake pad replacement. Towards the end of the day I checked in because I hadn't heard anything further from anyone. I was told that the OEM rotors weren't in stock and had to be shipped in from somewhere else, and that the vehicle repairs would be completed on Tuesday. I completely understand this kind of issue so I had no problem. The vehicle repairs were completed by 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday and we picked up the vehicle shortly thereafter. So far, the repairs seem to have solved the pulsing and vibration problems the vehicle was experiencing. I'm pleased with the service and the use of technology to help keep me in the loop while the repairs were being done.

Great service advisor, timely service. I have white interior in my truck and every time I get service I have to clean black smudges from my interior. Would be great if the techs removed their gloves before driving the vehicle.
