The service people were good but the scheduling on the internet was a little problematic. For example, when I requested service for a recall, it asked for my VIN number. However it would not recognize the number when it was input. I also got cut off on the phone a couple of times when I tried calling to reach the Service Department.

When the apt was scheduled I was not informed that the time I chose was the time that would take the longest due to staff lunch. Other than that it was all great.
