Burt was excellent. Informative and patient. I love the texts that keep you up to date with the progress of the service. Only hick up was someone rifled through my glovebox and when I called to let you know about the young lady seemed completely non-plused about it. I don't even know if she let the manager know about it.

I’ve had several very positive experiences with this dealership all because of a service professional by the name of Cody. He has counseled me well on my old but dependable 2008 Toyota Prius.The work that the service professionals have done on my car has been excellent and will allow it to continue to stay alive hopefully for the foreseeable future :-)
