Battery bracket was detached and was not going to be able to secure the battery. I would have assumed the “multi point inspection” would have exposed this. Would like to see techs do a final check before a vehicle goes out. On a previous visit we had our 4Runner returned to us with the front skid plate installed incorrectly and bolts were missing. Again, friendly suggestion to check a vehicle before it rolls out.
