The communication was very good and Burt was super kind and explained everything I had questions on. He never made me feel bad for the decisions I made about my vehicle. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I was mis-bid by quite a bit because the wrong thing was bid.

Donnie greeted me upon arrival. He was personable and made recommendations tailored to my vehicle. He kindly opened the door for me to the waiting area and gave me an approximate wait time so I knew what to expect. He gave me his business card and let me know I can reach him if I needed anything. Excellent service!
