When I first arrived, I was met by a very nice man. He introduced himself and said that he was going to be the one taking care of my car. I told him what I want done, he gave me an approximate time. He was right on with the time, I was pretty impressed.

When I questioned my service representative, Aaron, about why several of the items I had spoken to him about weren’t repaired, he was somewhat defensive and a bit rude. More patience and customer service would be appreciated.Also, I could not get a hold of him via text all day. He wouldn’t respond. There needs to be a better way to communicate with customers. I couldn’t get a ride back to the shop.

Accommodating, professional, respectful and fixed my problem in an hour.I arrived at 4:00 out by 5:00Car was ready to go for my 8 hour drive the next morning.

Donnie did a great job of making recommendations to keep my Sienna in good shape. We chatted about the LA Dodgers for a little bit and we’re hoping for a win today. I really appreciate the personal service and he used my name throughout our interactions as I waited for the service to be completed. He also came to me in the lobby when the minivan was ready and even brought me the paperwork and a device to pay from where I was sitting instead of going back to his desk to make it easier for me while I was working from my laptop. Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be back for service on my other Toyota as well!
