Donnie did a nice job fitting us in today since we are traveling from NY and always use a Toyota dealership for repair. He was very professional. The team forgot to check my Toyota record before making two unnecessary recommendations. After talking to Donnie, he corrected this and the necessary repairs were completed well and I received a copy of the full check up. Appreciate the real nice car wash. My suggestion is to check previous work on unfamiliar cars or ask if the owner uses only Toyota dealerships. I found Donnie to be friendly, communicative, and responsible.
