Burt was awesome!! When I called over the phone to see if I can do a walk in service, his personality was so bubbly and friendly that when he asked me if I was okay with waiting up to 90 mins for the car to be serviced, I didn’t even care and was totally fine with waiting. Turned out was completed much quicker than that, but I wish anyone in a service role was as friendly as him! Brooke did my check in, and while I didn’t interact with her as much, she was great too!

Good experience, unfortunately vehicle was returned dirtier than when we left it. The service advisor had to clean the vehicle after we asked about trash left on the passenger seat.
