The one thing that would have made my visit better would be to make sure that there is always someone available to check me in whenever I arrive. I think a five minute wait is reasonable. 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me is not.

It was great except that we were quoted full price for an oil change. I had to ask why we weren't getting the sale price LHM had been promoting. Then, all of a sudden, he remembered there was a sale.
