Service Agent was friendly and got me processed quickly. Set an appointment online but when I showed up, it wasn’t in the system. Service Agent still processed me for service. Everything was good but noticed car didn’t receive its usual wash afterwards. Perhaps a slight oversight but noticeable when surrounded by everyone else’s washed vehicles. Until next time…

Fast oil change

I brought my Rav in for an oil change. Nothing major. The car was done in an hour which was nice but it took 15 minutes or more before someone bothered to take the time to let me pay and get my keys. In a cubicle of four desks one person was on the phone the entire time never asking me what I needed even though keys and ticket were right in front of him. I e kid kept back and forth to his desk but never spoke to me and they other two desk remained empty

Friendly, knowledgeable. Car was done on time, and they kept me in the loop during repair. Very happy with the service.
