I took my car in to get an oil change yesterday and Baylan and another guy showed me some tire options since I was due for new tires. They showed me all the tire options and provided recommendations based on the places I travel etc. I appreciate that they did not try to upsell me the most expensive tires, overall it was a good experience. I definitely prefer this location to any of the other Toyota locations.

Excellent service

Was expensive, but I believe my sales rep was telling me the truth and I would rather pay out some dough than drive an unsafe car. Also, they found time to do the work on the same day, instead of me leaving my car there or coming back another day.

Brooke was amazing!My car was washed and smelled clean!! She even let the car inside so I did not have to walk with my toddler all the way outside.Is the little details!!

It was very pleasant. The gentleman that helped us out was very nice, polite, and very professional. The only thing I did not like was the fact that he was also a pusher for services and large fees for those services kind of almost guilt to me in to getting those services, but I had to stand my ground and say no because I know I could get them cheaper at other places Than what you guys are charging now The economy is hard so I don’t see why you guys have to be more expensive
