We worked with David Barrios who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. After finishing with David, we had to sit around and wait for over an hour to meet with the finance manager. The wait was frustrating and really tainted what was otherwise a pleasant and smooth buying experience.

This was the 2nd time I was in there for the same thing. My car messaged a problem with the battery. First time the battery looked ok and the message was turned off. This time my car wouldn’t start. AAA said the battery wasn’t dead. So originally it looked like a problem with the alternator. Someone in the parts department discovered the problem and it was in deed the battery. I appreciate everyone who helped get to the bottom of the problem!!! Thank you!!!!

Service was good. Advisor greeted upon arrival. Able to track progress via link and within an hour service was completed, showed online coupons and easy checkout. I scheduled online, whichwas easy. Waiting room was clean, complementary soda, coffee, tea and there's a mini store with food for purchase.

I had to wait to have a rep come to greet me which was unusual but then there were several cars in the bay. I was happily surprised that my service was done faster than I thought it would be. One time my rep actually brought my car up to the exit door so that I didn't have to search for it in the lot! That was great customer service!!

Took me 5 different days of calling at various times of day to get ahold of the service dept, I eventually did and they were able to get me right in so that was nice. I hate how everything is automated and I don't get any personal text or call from service to let me know what's up with the vehicle being serviced. I get an automated text and I have to call in to see what's up. I hate the ai assistant it makes it difficult to get in touch with anyone. Once issue was found, vehicle was serviced within a few days but I am not sure why the vehicle is already having issues because I just bought it less than 6 months ago and then I had to pay $1000 to get something fixed already. I'm grateful for a 10% discount that was applied because of my complaint about the vehicle being so new to me and already having issues. Not super important but I'm guessing the car wash portion was complimentary but I did not get one so maybe not, I would have liked if someone asked me if a car wash was wanted like other dealerships I've been to have when I have my vehicle serviced. Overall I'm mostly satisfied with my experience, Im satisfied with the issue being diagnosed and fixed promptly, it's nice y'all were able to get me in right away for an appointment and not like 2 months out or something like I have dealt with at other dealers, but I'm just not impressed by everything being ai and automated and near impossible to reach a person sometimes, upon a few other small things.
